Upon Completion of your custom logo design, you will be provided with the following files...

• 300dpi Color .jpg of your custom logo design
• 300dpi black and white .jpg of your custom logo design
• 300dpi Color .psd of your custom logo design. (Adobe Photoshop File in which your logo was created in)
• Font Files used on your custom logo design

With the files we provide you with upon completion of your logo, you willl be able to use your logo on business cards, web sites, letter heads, envelopes, web sites and other small misc. marketing materials. Your logo purchase does not include proofs for larger art-work such as bill-boards, automobiles, buildings, posters...ect. (If you plan on using your logo on larger materials such as bill-boards, automobiles, buildings, posters, please let us know before hand and we will give you a quote on the additional work).

Logo Process

Once we recieve/process your payment (usually takes 24-72 hours from the time we recieve your payment via credit card or check). Once we have recieved your payment, we will create three logo samples (based off your initial feed-back) of which you will be able to request as many updates to any of the three logo samples we initially create for you (if you happen to dislike the first three samples we provide you with, we will provide you with an additional three logo samples at no additional cost). Once we have finalized one of the logo samples to your liking, we will send you the final logo + source files attached to an email.

Time Frames

Time frames for completion of your logo will vary depending on your updates and how fast you get back to us with your feed-back. Initial samples for your logo are usually ready within 3-7 days of recieving your specs and payment. Updates to any of the logos you request are usually complete within 2-7 days of recieving and processing your updates (please note, it takes anywhere from 24-72 hours to recieve and process your updates). On average, logos are usually complete within 2-6 weeks from the day we start work on your project.

Refund Policy

All transactions are final, no refunds will be issued for any logo work under any circumstances. Should you happen to dislike the initial three logo samples we provide you with, we will provide you with an additional three logos at no cost, of which you will be able to request as many edits needed to any one of the six logos we create for you.

Additional Fees

If you need to see edits made to more than one of the six logos we create for you, there will be an additional fee of $50.00 per logo sample. Should you need additional logo samples created, there will be an additional fee of $75.00 per additional logo sample you need created.
