What is Overselling? By our definition, overselling is when a company (which I am sure you have seen), claims to offer you extraordinary amounts of resources (disk space, bandwidth, websites..ect) for a low price (while not actually providing you with the resources being advertised to you). A good example of this, (but not limited to this example) is a web host claiming to offer you unlimited amounts of ANYTHING (disk space, bandwidth, websites, there is no such thing as unlimited resources). With that being said, rest assured, here at FernGullyGraphics we do not oversell, mislead or partake in any deceptive marketing tactics (you are entitled to use/consume 100% of the resources advertised to you without additional charge or hassle).

Need help moving your websites from your current web host? We will help transfer up to 20 of your websites (free of charge). All you have to do is ask and we will do our best to assist.

* We do not put a hard limit on the amount of add-on domains, databases, email accounts, forwarders..ect, you can create (we do not meter actual account creation). However we do put a limit on the amount of diskspace/bandwidth/cpu/memory your account can consume (memory/cpu consumption monitored by Cloud Linux). End of the day, what is important is that you do not surpass the total diskspace/bandwidth allotted to your account, or use more than 25% of the systems resources for a duration longer than 90 seconds (which includes cpu/memory as outlined above). Our number one priority is system integrity, so as long as the amount of add-on domains/email accounts you have created does not result in excessive cpu/memory consumption (as outlined above) you will be ok (see tos for full details).

** Max memory, Concurrent Connections and Cpu Consumtion is limited per Cpanel Account (as outlined above). Concurrent connections, despite the wording implying connections to your site, is actually the amount of active processes on your account. These processes can be cronjobs, PHP processes, Perl processes, etc. A single cpanel account should rarely if ever consume all 20 connections (if it does, it probably does not belong in a shared environment).

*Additional Dedicated IP Addresses (Required for SSL Installations) are available at the rate of $1.95 per month or $20 per year (per IP), please see TOS for acceptable IPV4 usage. All Reseller web hosting packages come with one dedicated IP address (issued upon request for SSL Installations only).
